Fulfillment Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted on sealed product only, and only if order has not been completed or shipped yet. This means that you may cancel booster pack purchases prior to them being opened on the livestream. Once booster packs are opened, the order may not be cancelled or refunded. 

Due to the nature of the product, Custom Mystery Packs orders are not eligible for cancellation, returns or refunds.

All cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the order’s total.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted on cancelled orders only, less the cancellation fee.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise.

Delivery Policy 

Shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to prepare, depending on how many orders are in line to be shipped. Delivery of packages is to be fulfilled by USPS and arrival time is dependent on the customer’s selected shipping speed. ThePokePair LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Booster Pack Purchases Policy

When you purchase a booster pack from https://thepokepair.com you agree to have your packs opened live, on stream, at www.twitch.tv/likebutterlive or www.twitch.tv/meganasteria during the next scheduled live stream, and understand that sealed booster packs will not be sent. By purchasing booster packs from us, your purchase is covered by our Buyer’s Guarantee.

Buyer’s Guarantee

ThePokePair LLC guarantees that the buyer will receive at minimum one card per booster pack purchased. The buyer will receive any defined “Hits” from the booster pack. If the pack does not have any hits, the buyer will receive the card in the RARE SLOT of the booster pack, regardless of rarity. Customers will have the option to forfeit the Buyer’s Guarantee at checkout if they want “Hit” cards only.

Definition of “Hits Only”

Pokemon cards qualifying as “hits” are the valuable/collectible cards including but not limited to: Holos, Full Arts, EX, GX, V, VMax, Rainbow Rares, Gold Cards, etc. Reverses will be given on request.

Held Bags Policy

ThePokePair LLC’s bag system was designed to save customer’s the extra cost spent on frequent shipping. We will hold a customers bag for 6 months from the date of the last order that was placed. ThePokePair LLC will attempt to contact customers with inactive bags via email to remind them to close their orders out by ordering shipping. We send three reminder emails, at least 2 weeks apart. If there is no response from the buyer after attempted contact, the bag will be considered abandoned. When a bag is abandoned, all processing orders will be closed out and the cards will be donated to the stream’s hitbox.

Held Trucks Policy

ThePokePair LLC Chonker Truck Shipping Method is a pre-paid form of shipping that allows customers to keep their cards with us in an empty Elite Trainer Box (known as “Chonker Trucks” or “Trucks”). We will hold a customers Truck for 6 months from the last order that was placed.  ThePokePair LLC will attempt to contact customers with inactive Trucks via email to remind them to confirm their address by using the Ship My Truck! feature. We send three reminder emails, at least 2 weeks apart. If there is no response from the buyer after attempted contact, we will ship the truck to the last known shipping address on file. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that their shipping address information is up to date. ThePokePair LLC is not responsible for trucks mailed to outdated addresses.

If you have received an email about your truck, please go to Ship My Truck! and complete the check out process to ensure that we have your most recent shipping address.

“Store Closing” Policy

ThePokePair LLC reserves the right to call Store Closing at any time during the livestream.

ThePokePair LLC makes every effort to fulfill all pack opening orders in a single stream. Due to the increase in demand for live breaks, as well as preorders and live orders, the cutoff time for same day orders may be announced at any time during the stream. This is known as “Store Closing”. Once the store has been announced as “closed”, any orders placed after store closing will be considered a preorder for the next stream, and be placed at the front of the line. Cancellations of preorders may be requested, but will be subject to cancellation fees as listed in our Cancellation policy.

In rare instances with excessive queues, we may not be able to get through all of the orders in a single day. For orders that are placed during store hours (any time during the live stream prior to Store Closing) but not opened that day, they will be opened first during the next livestream. Under these circumstances the buyer may request cancellation of their order and not be subject to any cancellation fees.

Pokemon Booster Box Breaks Policy

Pokemon Booster Box Breaks will only take place when a full box (36 packs) sells out. The Pokemon Booster Box Break livestream date will be announced on the sale page shortly after the box sells out. Customers will receive all cards from booster packs including hits, bulk cards and code cards. Your place is line is determined by the purchase date.  Packs will be shuffled after opening the box to give everyone a fair opportunity and avoid any potential box mapping.

Chargeback Policy

A chargeback is the the withdrawal or reversal of an already processed payment. As stated in our Fulfillment policy, refunds will only be given to successfully cancelled orders or returned sealed products. Refunds will not be given on opened merchandise. Any customer who initiates a chargeback against ThePokePair LLC for completed orders or services rendered will be disputed to the fullest extent. In addition, any customer who files a chargeback, regardless of the reason or the outcome, will be permanently suspended on all of ThePokePair LLC platforms, including but not limited to, use of this website, Twitch and Discord.

Shipping Policy (U.S. & Territories)

USPS First-Class Mail Parcel Service 

– Shipped in bubble mailers
– Ideal for smaller orders, accomodating packages up to 8 oz
– Delivery is expected in 2-5 business days after mailing
– Tracking will be provided

USPS Priority Mail

– Small orders are shipped in bubble mailers; large orders will be shipped in boxes
– Ideal for large orders as we can effectively ship up to 5 lbs
– Delivery is expected in 1-3 business days after mailing
– Tracking will be provided

ThePokePair LLC reserves the right to hold cards or products that exceed the weight limits as described above until additional shipping is paid.

– Shipped in a bubble mailer & poly mailer
– Ideal for smaller orders, accomodating packages up to 7 oz (0.2kg)
– Delivery is expected in 15 business days after mailing
– Tracking will be provided
– Customs clearance required (additional taxes/duties to be paid per your country’s laws)

USPS First-Class Package International Service up to 2 lbs (0.9kg) – $30
– Orders will be shipped in a box (required for sealed products)
– Ideal for larger international orders as we can effectively ship up to 2 lbs (0.9kg)
– Delivery is expected in 15 business days after mailing
– Tracking will be provided
– Customs clearance required (additional taxes/duties to be paid per your country’s laws)
