PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING!
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. We will submit your cards to Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) for professional authentication and grading. We do not do the grading ourselves. Our pregrade service is a separate and opinion-based estimation only.
2. This service is available for cards pulled live on the channel ONLY. We do not accept mail in submissions for cards that you have opened yourself.
3. You may opt for signature confirmation on delivery for your return shipment. This will require that the courier collects a signature before leaving the package at your address, and helps to prevent mail theft. You only need to pay for signature confirmation ONCE per group submission.
SUBMISSIONS
1. The cost per card is $25 USD. This price includes:
- The service of submitting your cards, including:
*Pregrade service with Likebutter
*Validate provided card information
*Research of declared values - Insurance, packaging and shipping both to and from PSA
- Return shipping to the customer (domestic)
*International customers will be subject to a one time upcharge of $15 USD per group submission
2. PSA submissions are subject to potential upcharges at PSA’s discretion. This is not something that we can predict, nor control. In the event that your card costs more to grade, you will be responsible for paying the difference before your card is shipped back to you.
3. Please enter as many details as possible about the card you want submitted. We require at least the card name and set number to find the card in your bag or box. Our preferred format is:

4. You may submit multiple cards using this form, but you must increase the quantity of PSA Submissions you are buying. For example if you want us to send in 3 cards for grading, you need to increase the purchase quantity to 3. If you submit multiple cards and only pay for one, we will only submit the first card listed.
INTERNATIONAL
1. International customers are subject to a one time upcharge of $15 USD per group submission. If you have submitted cards for grading with ThePokePair and already paid the $15 fee, you can create a new orders and submit additional cards without needing to pay the shipping fee again, up until the group submission is closed.
2. The customer is responsible for any VAT (value added tax) of the package per your countries law. Our customs form will list the contents as a service using the PSA Grading Submission price, not the value of your graded cards.
SUBMISSION PROGRESS & RETURNS
1. Our public submission sheet is available at: http://www.tinyurl.com/tppgrading
2. Pregrades will be done by Likebutter. Cards may be evaluated on stream if time allows, or may be done off stream. Please do not ask to have your card pregraded live, and instead refer to the spreadsheet to see if your card has been reviewed. All pregrades will be logged prior to packing the submission.
3. All returns will be revealed on stream with Likebutter before being shipped back to the customer.
BUYER AGREEMENT
By use of this service provided by ThePokePair LLC, the buyer understands and agrees:
1. To pay any additional fees if their card is upcharged. Additional payments may be submitted here.
2. That any slabs with unpaid upcharges will be forfeit after 6 months from the return date.
3. That all estimated turnaround times are solely dependent on PSA’s ability to process orders, and are not a guarantee of return delivery dates.
